You can login to your management system at any time, to check or update bookings, manage your systems settings etc.

You own your booking data, and you can export this at any time. We also take care of system backups for you.

With our 'Virtual Rooms' feature you can configure your larger rooms to enable your customers to book multiple smaller rooms, or book one large room.

Every business is different. That's why we enable you to set whether you'll accept Instant Confirmation bookings, On Hold bookings or On Request bookings.

We have comprehensive help resources in our back end system. We also offer support Monday to Saturday, provided from our Wellington (NZ) head office. Email is our primary support channel, but Enterprise customers have access to a NZ based Account Manager, and priority support.

Your cancellation notice period is your usual invoice term. For example, if you currently pay us monthly, your cancellation period is one month.
